These are a now a new evolution of the last design that is now made out of even tougher 6082 alloy, that has to undergo a special procedure now for us to even be able to bend them to shape!!
These super tough guards are exclusive to us , as we have designed these to our own spec in conjunction with expert riders and they are one of our best selling 'home' products. They are longer than standard to give added protection to the rear linkage whilst also being slightly wider to give added protection to the engine cases and especially the vunerable water pump , we have also 'kicked' them out a little where the rear mounting holes are as we have seen other aftermarket guards crack around this area from the bolt holes to the edge of the guard. .They are avaliable in standard alloy & other polyester powder coat colours, please state preferance when ordering.

Montesa 4RT rear suspension links
Again exclusive to us, these super links are designed to raise and improve the performance of the rear suspension of the montesa 4rt. They are machined out of strong H30 alluminium and also increase travel and can improve grip and rear end traction whilst eliminating some of the suspension 'sag'. The increase in travel uprates the soft rear end and aids the ability to 'trick' ride and hop around the rear end by providing an even more progressive shock. Whilst the coloured versions provide that extra bling. Avaliable in most colours that may suit your needs, just state your colour as you order, from standard mill finish to anodized look , red, gold, blue, titanium black ,repsol orange and satin black.. These are not just a shiny 'add on' they are performance upgrade and obviously come as a pair.

We are proud to be able to offer for sale these fantastic best selling hand machined in England billet aircraft grade alluminium rear brake pedals. Upgrade your Montesa from your standard brittle pedals to one of these. You will never have to keep buying rear pedals again, these pedals are slightly shorter & sit just nicely behind the clutch casing and so the only exposed part is the spring loaded platform part which harmlessly bends out of the way when hit against an object. They are also especially handy for those who are using 'down & back' rear hangers that can make it hard for some to reach the standard pedal! We see that another pedal has been produced but this as the standard one is still cast alluminium and so is prone to snapping!!
They come ready fitted with a new clevis pin , a new bearing and new seals so you can just bolt the pedal straight on and do not have to strip your old one.

H&D Trials Racing Products flat fush fitting petrol cap breathers. We have made these to our design and spec to replace the standard clumbersome rubber pipe or the short piece of pipe with another alloy breather on that are vulnerable to getting knocked off. It is such a simple and clever idea and unlike other avaliable versions these have 3 seperate 'breather' holes to prevent pressurisation and so there is no need to cut into your fuel cap. Simply remove your rubber pipe and push this little chap on and its done! No more lost caps.

Rear suspension linkage repair kit ideal to purchase alonside the linkage tuning plates . Rather than having to source all your parts seperately we have put together this kit which consists of 2 genuine Honda inner bushes, 4 needle roller bearings and 4 seals. The rear linkage needs regular checking as play can soon develop with dirt and water penetrating the bearings and excessive play can lead to damage of the entire rear suspension set up.
We have had a small batch made of very very special hollow titanium axles for the front and rear wheels to replace the alluminium ones and a swingarm axle to replace the heavy steel one, also hollow. These are factory rider replicas, not avaliable anywhere else!
The kit comprises of 3 hollow axles, 1 swingarm pivot nut and i rear wheel nut & a specific tool for the front wheel, avaliable in blue or gold & high quality grease. These are availiable seperately at a per unit cost of £149.99.

Titanium rear snail cam adjusters to fit the 4RT. They are the same size as standard but obviously much lighter and gram for gram much stronger. Some people buy the oversized alloy ones but they are not advised as they are nearly 2mm thicker diameter and so the rear wheel nut doesnt have sufficient thread on the axle which can damage the axle and lead to shearing off. Also a lot of riders do not realise that there is no need for a larger cam as the adjusting bolt in the swing arm is removed and refitted further back in holes provided to provide the extra adjustment.

Simply the best out there, put them all alongside one another and there really is no comparison, these have been made by the hands that fabricate many World Superbike tanks and the quality really is that good. No horrible welding where the thread tops have simply been cut out and badly rewelded into place, nor dodgy blobby stuff round the outsides! The tops have been specially pressed, recessed and fused together to enable a much better & more attractive fit for the fuel cap itself. We have also whilst keeping them flat designed in a smooth & slight dome to enable a little more fuel capacity.

The only billet gas caps in the world for the fantastic Montesa 4RT are now avaliable direct from H&D Racing. These have been in development for 3 years and we have finally got everything right for a product that needs to be as excellent a quality and good looks as the machine that it is designed to fit and we are very proud to be the 1st to have these out for Montesa owners to fit to their machines.
Machined out of aerospace spec billet alluminium and then anodised in either gold or black and then laser etched & machined to give the awesome finished product that you see here, we have made these with a special breather to enable to fitting of our excellent billet vent caps as well as the standard rubber. These are supplied with the genuine seals kits also, simply open the pack, remove the old plastic top and fit, bingo. To make the best look for your new cap we always recommend one our billet breathers!
Never have to fit a set of needle rollers again in your dogbone! We have machined these out to take a series of sealed bearings with 2 collars and 2 extra seals on each end so that you should never have to be servicing your linkage twice a year again. It is virtually impossible to be over run by water like the needle rollers bearings can do, when the water forces & drives out the grease on the standard needle roller.This in turn then leads to that 'slap' in the back end. Just price up a full service for the dogbone for twice a year and then see what a bargain these really are!
This unit comes fully assembled with bearings etc all in place. All you need to do is remove your old and worn dogbone and replace it with this, job done.No bearings to press out or greasing, we have done it all for you simply plug and play! Just price these up against 'standard genuine' linkages and fully built up they are less than £10 more!!
As with quite a few of our 'one off' products you cannot compare these to 'similar' items as you would not be comparing like for like and so we have again an exclusive and small batch of factory nissin front master cylinders as used by all team riders in all montesa teams as these are the ultimate dialled in braking. You can purchase these in different colour options and they come complete with a special hose (you can bolt straight onto your standard front caliper) and TITANIUM fittings so you are purchasing a very special piece of kit which as well as improving your braking power and 'feel' also sheds extra weight and adds that 'one off' look and bling factor.
These are supplied direct from us at H&D Racing to you in either standard factory finish, or anodised look red,gold, blue,black or repsol pale or gp orange. We have sold these to riders of montesa 315's, 4RT's. Scorpa SY's, Beta rev 3 and recently a sherco, so no matter what model you have this unit will suit your bike. PLEASE NOTE.... the rubber lever protection boot is fitted in the pictures and is how it will be supplied to you. This is not used by the works riders but we supply it as standard and it is your choice whether or not you use them, they are just a push fit and are easily removed.!
