Machined out of solid aircraft spec billet alloy for superior strength, we have designed these to take 8 pressed in oversize sealed Japanese roller bearings, which are then fitted with external seals and then with 2 Honda collars on each end so that you should never have to be servicing your linkage many times a year again. It greatly minimises the water ingress compared to standard needle rollers bearings that have only one seal, when the water forces & drives out the grease on the standard needle roller.This in turn then quickly leads to that 'slap' in the back end. Just price up a full service for the dogbone for twice a year and then see what a bargain these really are.
This unit comes fully assembled with bearings etc all in place. All you need to do is remove your old and worn dogbone and replace it with this, job done. No bearings to press out or greasing, we have done it all for you simply plug and play!
This setup is now common across the board in full suspension mountain bikes who all use sealed rollers and not the old needle roller bearings.
